Deactivating/Terminated Users

Summary

This article will guide you on how to deactivate a user's account on the IN-Gauge platform.

Steps

1.) Click the Configuration select users and in User Management click Filter.

2.) Locate the user you want to deactivate and make sure the status selected is Active.

3.) Under Action, click the ellipses (…) then select Deactivate User.

4.) Select Yes
